I learned that there was a lot more casualties than I thought at the battle of Gettysburg. I also learned that it would be really hard to climb Devils Den because the rocks are huge and steep. It seemed impossible to climb up the hill to get to the Round Tops while people are shooting at you.

I know what you mean about going up that hill! It's something you can't really appreciate without going there and seeing it.
ReplyDeleteThat is interesting that there were a lot of casualties. And Devils Den seems very intereesting. If the rocks are as huge as you say, I can't imagine trying to clim while you are getting shot at. That does seem imposible. Well have fun on the rest of your trip.
